I’m a 64-year-old woman who has struggled for years with obesity, diabetes, and several other chronic conditions. My cultural diet is very different from what most nutritionists recommend, which made it even harder to manage my health. In July 2024, despite being on multiple medications, my A1C rose to 8.1. That’s when Pacha and Jessica stepped in and took matters into their own hands. My doctor had prescribed Semaglutide to help with weight loss, hoping it would also help manage my blood sugar. But the real game-changer was how Pacha and Jessica approached my nutrition. They didn’t just tell me what to eat—they worked with the foods I know and love. They restructured my plate in a way that made sense to me. Just that simple shift made a big difference. They also introduced me to intermittent fasting. In just six months, my A1C dropped to 5.7, and I lost 23 kilograms. Today, I continue to follow the habits they taught me.
